We offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs and duties are the responsibility of the customer for international returns.

To preserve the technical integrity of our fabrics, we recommend washing at 30°C with a specialized tech-wash. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble dry on a low heat setting to reactivate the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating.

Yes, we provide a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care, but we stand by the durability of our Tier 1 equipment.
